How can I delete my account?
If you are absolutely sure that you want to delete your account, you can do so
here. Please note that your account will be permanently deleted along with any uploaded files, forum posts and comments made. This cannot be undone and all files are unrecoverable.
Is my information kept private?
Absolutely. We do not share your email address nor any personally identifying information about you to any third party. Additionally, when using the "invite" features, we do not store your passwords from your email accounts and your social/professional networks.
What is emedcentral all about?
emedcentral is all about connecting Emergency Medicine professionals in order to share and build best practices for the improvement of patient care and our work environment. Our site is filled with resources to engage you with your profession, from blogs, forums, topical and private groups, document sharing and product & services description to keep resources at your fingertips. Our resources are generated by our registered users, who are committed to sharing information for the benefit of all. What is the "My Stuff" Tab?
This is where you can find all of the files or posts that you have uploaded and shared with other users. From here you can add, edit or delete any prior post.
How do I gain control of an ED or Product Listing?
If the listing has been added by "Emedcentral Administrator", you will see a blue "Claim it" hyperlink on the bottom of the listing. If you feel that you should have control of modifying the listing (i.e. you're a director of the department or an author of a book), please fill out the quick form and we will assign the listing to you.
How do I upload content to the site?
The easiest way is to click on the "My Stuff" tab and select the appropriate category, then click on the link indicating "adding" or "creating" the type of content you would like to add.
How do I list a Job opening?
Click on the Jobs then "create a new job post" on the top right. Enter the information on the form & upload any files (you may have to edit the names of the files after they are uploaded to the site).
